You get closer to your loved ones; away from the corners of your office. Vacation offers you freshness of the serene environment. At the end, you return back to office hale and healthy. 



Lastly, avoiding procrastination and delaying gratification will help you keep both in balance. Rather than going for a night party, choose resting your head after the day's work; that's delayed gratification. Don't postpone the break you need to take till forever comes; that's snipping procrastination.
